3 days ago she was thowing up. Now she refuses to eat, but will drink and stay hydrated. She is lythargic and has no energy. She is 7 months old. Is this just a "k-nine" type flu? Ron

What are the symptoms of pancreatitis in dogs and is there a change in vital signs ie; temp, blood pressure etc. What tests determine if dog has pancreatitis? I brought my dog in for possible bloat...
